“The Stallion and The Mare”

Join the cast of “The Stallion and The Mare,” an absurdist short film blending the ridiculous anxiety of dating and the bizarre formality of job interviewing. Two actors with strong sketch comedy and improvisation skills, aged 25–35, are wanted to play the starring roles of Myles and Riley. Filming will take place in New York City in February 2025. Pay is $2,000 for one day of work.

“Jimmy Rage”

F1423 Films is casting talent for a pilot episode for a comedy about a man trying to reach his dreams. Actors, aged 11 and older, are wanted for various roles, including the starring titular role of Jimmy Rage. Filming will take place in February or March in Sacramento or the San Francisco Bay Area. Talent will be paid a profit share.

“The Ugly Duckling”

Red Pavilion Films is now casting talent for “The Ugly Duckling,” a TV miniseries. Actors, aged 18–75, are wanted for a variety of supporting, day player, and background roles. There will be a fitting on Jan. 9, followed by filming on Jan. 10 in Atlanta, Georgia. Pay is $75–$250 per day with travel and meals provided.

“All I Want is You”

Vanishing Point Entertainment is seeking talent for the vertical miniseries “All I Want is You.” Actors, aged 18–65, are wanted for lead and supporting roles. Filming will take place on Feb. 1–9 in Los Angeles. Pay is $200–$300 per day for up to eight days of work with lunch and crafty provided.
