Now Casting: CBS’s ‘The Code’ Is Seeking Military Members for Background Roles + 3 More Gigs

In today’s casting roundup, the CBS series “The Code” is looking for a few good men and women to play military members in background roles. Plus, come share the most amazing book on Broadway in “The Book of Mormon,” sing and dance onboard Holland America Line cruise ships, or be featured in a Saint Laurent fragrance commercial.

Background casting is currently underway for the CBS series “The Code.” Clean-cut and in-shape actors, aged 18 and older, are wanted to portray Privates, Lance Corporals, and Sergeants in the Marines. Men must be comfortable with a military haircut and being clean-shaven. Shoot dates are between July 24 and Aug. 8, exact dates TBD, in the New York City area. Pay is TBD. Apply here!

Come share the most amazing book in “The Book of Mormon” on Broadway. Talent, aged 18 and older, is wanted to play Mormon men and African villagers in the ensemble. Talent must have excellent singing and comedic skills. There will be an Equity Chorus Call on July 13 in NYC. Start date is TBD, and pay is $2,034 per week. Apply here!

Sing and dance onboard the Holland America Line luxury ships. Male and female singers and dancers, aged 18–45, are wanted for the cruise shows. Men must be 5’9” and taller, and women must be 5’4” and taller. Talent must have contemporary-sounding voices with the ability to perform pop and rock. Strong harmonizing skills are a must, and talent must be comfortable with guest interaction. Dancers must be comfortable performing a wide variety of dance styles. Ballroom and partnering, tapping, tumbling, and aerial skills are a plus. There will be an open casting call on July 21 in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania. Rehearsals will take place in NYC.
