Now Casting: CBS’s ‘The Inspectors’ Needs Male Actors to Portray Students + More

In today’s casting roundup, “The Inspectors,” a USPS-sponsored CBS series, is seeking male actors to portray students. There are also roles available for a fit male actor in an exercise product video, background roles on CMT’s “Nashville,” and a fun dance video for Spotify.

“The Inspectors,” a USPS-sponsored series on CBS that tells the story of “a single-mom U.S. Postal Inspector who investigates and solves crimes dealing with consumer fraud, the internet, and U.S. Mail,” is currently seeking talent for background roles. Male actors, aged 18–25, are wanted to portray students. The production will shoot Nov. 21–22 in North Charleston, South Carolina. Pay is $115 for eight hours of work. Apply here!

A physically fit and toned male actor, aged 25–40, is currently needed for an exercise product commercial. The talent will use the product on camera and then give a short testimonial. The commercial will shoot Nov. 19 in the Newport Beach, California area. Pay is $400. Apply here!

D L A Films is currently casting “Block Party,” a web commercial for Spotify's Viva Latino playlist. Male and female talent, aged 14–39, are sought for the production and will need to send a video of them dancing to their favorite Latino song to apply. The production shoots Nov. 6 in Los Angeles. CMT’s hit series “Nashville,” starring Hayden Panettiere, is now seeking talent for background roles. Male and female actors, aged 20–29, are wanted to portray east Nashville hipsters. There are also roles for actors, aged 18–55, with cars (no black, white, or red vehicles) as “shady donut shop weirdos.” The scenes will shoot this month in Nashville, Tennessee.
