“College Detective Club”

Popejoy Entertainment is seeking talent for “College Detective Club,” a low-budget comedy/drama film about a group of four college friends forming a detective club and attempting to bring down a local crime syndicate. Actors, aged 18 and older, are wanted for several roles in the film, including the lead roles of Vanessa, Aaron, and Christy. Production is also hiring many crew positions, including a director of photography, a script supervisor, and more. Filming will take place in Summer 2026 in Bakersfield and Taft, California. Pay is $241 per day for up to 21 days of work, with meals, travel expenses, and lodging provided.

Live Nation Photoshoot, F&B Model Casting

Live Nation is seeking one male model, age 25–35, and three female models—two aged 25–35 and one aged 50–85—for a food photo shoot. Talent will work on March 13–14 in New York City. Pay is $400 per day for one or two days.

“El Mentiroso”

Arts On Site is seeking Equity actors, aged 18 and older, for its production of “El Mentiroso.” Principal auditions will be held on March 10 in NYC. Rehearsals begin Aug. 11 (Aug. 25 for first understudies), followed by 15 performances on Sept. 10–27. Pay is $820 per week (plus a $30 weekly bump to understudy one additional role).

“What We Carry With Us”

Casting is underway for “What We Carry With Us,” a heartfelt coming-of-age drama set in a small Connecticut town that follows Alex, a 17-year-old who inherits their late mother's struggling diner and must choose between honoring the family legacy or pursuing their own dreams. Actors, aged 16–70, are wanted for lead and supporting roles, including the starring role of Alex. Production is also hiring multiple crew positions, including a director of photography, hair/makeup team members, and a gaffer. Filming is scheduled for between June 12 and July 3 in Fairfield, Connecticut, with additional filming around New Haven County. Pay is $1,000–$3,000 for actors and $600–$3,600 for crew. On-set meals and travel will be provided for actors.
