Join the upcoming CGI and live-action streaming Disney feature “Lady and the Tramp,” starring Justin Theroux and Ashley Jensen. Talent, aged 5 and older, is wanted for background roles in the film. “NINA SIMONE: FOUR WOMEN”
Equity actors are now wanted for four roles in the upcoming musical “Nina Simone: Four Women.” Talent, aged 20–49, is wanted to play the lead roles of Nina Simone, Sarah, Sephronia, and Sweet Thing. All roles fit into specific vocal ranges and talent must be excellent singers. The first rehearsal will be held on Jan. 9, 2019, and the show runs from Feb. 1–17 in Montgomery, Alabama. “Eating with the Enemy,” a faith-based production on the life of Jesus, is casting its Jesus. A male actor, aged 25–35, is wanted to play Jesus of Nazareth. An actor with a darker complexion and longer hair is preferred. The actor must be willing to grow out his beard. Rehearsal dates are currently TBD and the production shoots this winter in Los Angeles. Pay is a negotiable $6,000. Apply here!
“ONE TIME GIFT”
Casting is underway for the feature film “One Time Gift,” a love story. A female actor, aged 20–30, and a male actor, aged 20–35, are wanted to play the lead roles of Jenny and Adam, respectively. There is also a supporting role for a female actor, aged 20–30. The film rehearses on Sept. 10 and shoots from Sept. 17–Oct. 5 in L.A. Pay is $1,500 for the leads and $500 for the supporting role.
