“Starling Heights Forever”

Sleepwalk Cinema is seeking talent for “Starling Heights Forever,” a drama feature that follows brother-sister team Alex and Wrenley as they hatch a scheme with their friends to reclaim the American Dream. Actors, aged 18–63, are wanted for various roles, including the starring siblings. Production is also currently hiring a production assistant. Talent will rehearse in Dallas, Texas, followed by filming in Dallas, Los Angeles, and New York City in late September and October. Pay is $200 per day for the crew role and $450 per day for acting talent, with meals and travel provided.

“Stepping Stone”

Lapli Independent Pictures is currently seeking talent for “Stepping Stone,” a low-budget drama. Actors, aged 15–80, are wanted for various roles in the project. Production is also hiring multiple crew positions, including an FX makeup artist, a gaffer, and more. Rehearsals will take place this summer in New Jersey, followed by filming in the fall. Pay is $35–$100 per pay with plans to apply for a SAG-AFTRA New Media Agreement. Meals will be provided.

Contradictory Films is seeking Las Vegas and L.A.-based talent, aged 19–60, for various roles in “Room 17,” a spec pilot about the internal civil war among agents of an elite spy organization. Rehearsals and filming dates are TBD. Pay is $125–$1,000 per day with meals, copy, and credit provided.

“Where Fools Go”

Join the cast of “Where Fools Go,” a dark dramedy feature from Happy Mans Productions told through seven intertwining vignettes over the course of a single night in a bar. Actors, aged 20–80, are wanted for lead and supporting roles in the film. Self-tapes are due by April 11, with callbacks to follow on April 14. Talent will work on June 23–30 in L.A. Pay is $25–$200 per day with meals, copy, and credit provided. Union rates will be paid for union talent. Nonunion talent will also receive a gas stipend.
