“Better Places To Go”
Candid Life Entertainment is casting three nationwide actors, aged 14–30, for a pair of lead roles and a supporting role in “Better Places To Go,” a feature film based on the critically acclaimed play about a horrendous storm that looms over a rundown truck stop diner in Grand Island, Nebraska, bringing together ten people who start to reveal damaging secrets as the night goes on. Filming will begin in late fall in Northeast Ohio. Pay is $100–$150 per day for up to seven days of work, with meals covered and some travel expenses provided.

“The Call”
Casting is underway for “The Call,” a short film about an audition for a new musical that goes off the rails when the writer/composer has an extreme reaction to one of the auditionees. Actors, aged 18–40, are wanted for various roles in the film, including three leads. The actor playing the female lead must be a strong musical theatre singer. Filming will take place on July 14 in New York City. Pay is $125–$250 per day for lead and supporting roles. Background roles are unpaid.
