Casting has begun for a character-driven indie music drama following a 20-year-old R&B artist navigating ambition, identity, relationships, and the emotional cost of chasing a music career. Talent, aged 7–10, is currently wanted for lead and supporting roles, including the protagonist Aria in the past and in the present day. Table reads and rehearsals will begin in late June, followed by filming over four or five weeks in early to mid-July in Houston, Texas, and its surrounding areas. Pay is $500–$1,000 per day for between two and 21 days of work. Travel, lodging, and per diem will be provided.

“The Ghost and Mr. Jones,” a character-driven crime drama set in Miami’s underground world of high-stakes pool and poker, is casting Florida-based actors, aged 25–65, for various roles, including the lead role of Jack Jones, a former Marine-turned-elite gambler and Paul Newman type. Billiards/pool and a martial arts and/or movement background is a plus. Filming will take place in Miami and South Florida, dates TBD. Pay is $50–$250 per day with credit and on-set catering provided.
