“Big Rhonda”

Casting is underway for “Big Rhonda,” an ultra-low-budget indie feature supported by the San Francisco Arts Commission about a burnt-out techie who hits the road chasing a location from one of her late father’s postcards, spurred on by her favorite influencer but searching for authenticity in a world shaped by curated personas. Actors, aged 18–70, are wanted for various roles in the film, including the starring role of Vivian. Filming will begin no later than late summer in the San Francisco Bay Area. Pay is $150–$240 per day for up to 14 days of work with meals during production provided and travel and lodging support available.

“Ice Prince” Vertical Series

Zanning Pictures is seeking talent for “Ice Prince,” a romantic vertical series centered around hockey that will be filmed in Zhengzhou, China. Worldwide talent, aged 18 and older, is wanted for the two lead roles of Lila and Ethan. Talent will begin work on April 16. Pay is $400–$500 per day for 14 days of work with all expenses provided.

National Candy Campaign Commercial

Gummy candy brand Gumi Yum is seeking a Washington, D.C.-based female actor, age 25–45, and a child actor of any gender, age 4–10, for a national campaign that will run across streaming platforms like Hulu and Paramount+. Talent will work in mid-April. Pay is $800.

“Only You”

Join the cast and crew of “Only You,” a father-daughter hiking drama about a young father and his estranged daughter attempting to mend their broken relationship while hiking the Appalachian Trail. Actors, aged 6–80, are wanted for various roles, including the lead role of Noah and more. Production is also hiring multiple crew positions, including a production designer. Talent will work between June 13 and July 6 in Lincoln, New Hampshire. Pay is $150 per day for up to eight days of work with meals on set, footage for reels, and IMDb credit provided. Housing and transportation will be available for select lead and supporting roles.
