“We Are Heroes,” a feature-length teen sci-fi film about five unlikely friends who are part of the nine remaining individuals of an alien race and who must harness their newly-unlocked powers to prevent Earth’s destruction. Talent, aged 18–35, is wanted for several lead roles in the film, including the five starring roles. The film will rehearse in April and will shoot in mid-to-late May in Upstate New York, New Jersey, Long Island, New York, and Los Angeles. The forthcoming HBO comic book series “Watchmen” continues to cast background roles. Male actors, aged 20–65, are wanted to portray police, reporters, and fisherman. All must be willing to shave or be clean-shaven and also be willing to have their hair cut for the period. Filming will take place on March 29 and April 3 in Jonesboro, Georgia. Join the cast of “Launch Day,” a short film about an influential tech company’s COO who gets a troubling call from a reporter minutes before the CEO takes the stage for his keynote address.
