Netflix’s “Little House on the Prairie”
CBS Studios, AC Studio, and Netflix have begun their casting search for Netflix’s upcoming series adaptation of Laura Ingalls Wilder’s “Little House on the Prairie,” reimagined by Rebecca Sonnenshine. A young white female actor, age 9–11, based in the U.S. or Canada is wanted for the starring role of Laura. Submissions must be received by April 4. Filming will take place in Winnipeg, Canada, from June through October. Talent will be paid SAG-AFTRA rates.

“Julius Caesar”
A Theatre Group (ATG) in Silverton, Colorado, is seeking experienced Shakespeare actors, aged 28–70, to play Julius Caesar, Cassius, and Antony in its upcoming production of “Julius Caesar.” Self-tapes must be received by April 20. Rehearsals begin on August 18, followed by performances on Sept. 5–7 and 12–14. Pay is $1,500 with housing provided.

Skydeck Lifestyle Shoot
Chicago-based models or actors, aged 8–40, are wanted for a lifestyle and b-roll shoot at SkyDeck and The Ledge at Willis Tower. Talent will work over three days on April 1–3, April 29–May 1, or May 14–16. Pay is $500 per day.

“Ocean Lady”
Casting is underway for “Ocean Lady,” a psychological thriller about a journalist investigating rising sea levels on the Outer Banks when he becomes trapped on a fishing vessel with a volatile captain, a mysterious stowaway, and secrets that could change how he sees the ocean forever. Actors, aged 20–65, are wanted for various lead and supporting roles. Filming will take place on Nov. 1–26 in Hatteras, North Carolina. Pay is $241 per day for up to 22 days of work. Meals and travel if needed, will be provided.
