Now Casting: ‘The Marshall’s Five’ and More On-Camera Gigs

Today’s casting notices are all about fantastic on-camera gigs, including a scripted supernatural series about a family with special abilities, a dramatic short depicting a girl coping with childhood trauma, and much more. Don’t miss these four opportunities below!

“THE MARSHALL’S FIVE”
“The Marshall’s Five,” a new scripted series following a family with “unique special abilities,” is casting four leading roles. Seeking actors to portray the titular family, the project is set to begin production in the summer of 2017 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Talent will be paid $100/day.

“FOUNDATION”
Student film “Foundation,” about a girl, Chloe, who’s experienced “a childhood trauma in a car accident,” is casting the lead and two supporting roles. Seeking a female actor aged 18–30 to portray Chloe, as well as two male actors to play the man responsible for Chloe’s accident and her boyfriend, respectively, the piece will shoot in New York City at to-be-determined dates. Auditions will be held by appointment on Dec. 20, also in New York.

“THE LADY NEXT DOOR”
Two lead and two supporting roles are sought for “The Lady Next Door,” a student film in which a young girl and her elderly neighbor “bond over their mutual struggle of loss and letting go.” The piece will shoot Feb. 10–12, 2017 in New York City and compensate talent $125/day.

“BRIDE TRIBE”
Casting is underway for a supporting and background roles in “Bride Tribe,” an upcoming short in which two “adult sisters reluctantly throw their mother a bachelorette party.” The flick will shoot Dec. 21 and 22 in New York City and will pay $100/day.
