Nickelodeon is casting its new show, “Counting Stars,” a series following a group of mega-talented freshmen at the most elite music performance boarding school in the country. Talent, aged 12–15, is wanted for the series leads. Strong singing and acting skills are required. The ability to dance or play a musical instrument is a plus. Casting is underway for “The Great Indoorsman,” a student short film that follows Brandon, an unemployed man in his late 20s, who lives in his mom’s basement and teaches viewers how to survive the indoors with useful tips and information. A male actor, aged 22–37, is wanted to play the starring role. Filming will take place in late October or early November in the New Jersey and NYC area. Pay is $100 per day with food provided. Join the cast of “Dating App Mishap,” a short film produced for a digital app about what happens when a woman accidentally sends a revealing photo of herself to her best friend instead of her online dating match. Talent, aged 18–30, is wanted for several roles, including the lead roles of Lucy and Adam. Lincoln Square Productions is seeking talent for a long-running hidden camera show. A bisexual male actor and an actor who has survived a brain injury, aged 18–35, are wanted for the show.
