Now Casting: Nonunion ‘Cinderella’ Nat’l Tour + More

Hurry and check out today’s casting roundup before it turns back into a pumpkin! The Rodgers and Hammerstein classic “Cinderella” is casting nonunion actors for an upcoming tour. Additionally, we have three on-camera gigs you don’t want to miss!

A nonunion touring production of the Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II classic “Cinderella” is casting talent for lead, supporting, and ensemble tracks, including the slipper-wearing princess herself. An open casting call will be held in New York City on April 3, with performances set to begin around Oct. 24. Talent will be contracted through June 2018, and paid $550/week for ensemble roles and $650/week for principals. Housing and transportation will be provided.

Male and female talent ages 25–60 is needed for six leading roles in an upcoming cyber security industrial spot. Shooting is slated for March 28–30 in New York City and will pay $500–$750/day. By-appointment auditions will be held March 23, also in New York.

Background actors ages 18–70 are needed to depict patients, family, and visitors on NBC’s hit series “Chicago Med.” Talent will be needed for shooting March 23–April 10 in Chicago, Illinois and will be provided with some pay.

Casting is underway for lead, supporting, and background roles in a fitness commercial and a women’s lifestyle intimates commercial. The spots, seeking both male and female talent, will shoot on several dates through April 18 in Los Angeles, and will pay $100–$600/day, depending on the role. Auditions will be held by appointment in Hollywood on March 22.
