In today’s casting roundup, order up at Zooblin’s Bar and Steakhouse, the setting of an offbeat comedy about life in the restaurant industry, filming this summer. Plus, a high-paying Mitsubishi commercial, an ad for a major lawnmower brand, and a high-paying vertical series are casting talent today!

“5 Days at Zooblin’s Bar and Steakhouse”

Goodbye Old Henry Productions is now seeking talent for “5 Days at Zooblin’s Bar and Steakhouse,” an offbeat, philosophical feature comedy about life in the restaurant industry. New York City-based actors, aged 18 and older, are wanted for various roles, including multiple leads. Filming is tentatively scheduled for July 15–Aug. 15 in Central New Jersey. Pay is $160 per day for up to 12 days of work.

Mitsubishi Car Commercial

Three San Francisco-based actors of color, aged 21–55, are wanted to play a dad and his children in a commercial for Mitsubishi. Talent must be comfortable with outdoor activities including possible mountain biking, camping, and kayaking. The work date is TBD. Pay is $750 for the shoot and a $4,000 buyout.

Major Brand Lawnmower Commercial

Mill Ticket Casting is now seeking Atlanta, Georgia-based actors, aged 7–65, for on-camera principal and non-principal roles in a commercial for a major lawnmower brand. There will be a fitting on April 16, followed by filming on April 23–25 in Atlanta. Pay is $350–$500 per day for two or three days of work, plus an additional $350 for fitting.

“Bullies Beware of the Billionaire Belle”

Journey Entertainment is currently seeking NYC-based actors, aged 18–65, for lead and supporting roles in a vertical miniseries for the GoodShort platform. Filming dates are TBD. Pay is $100–$700 per day for up to eight days of work, with meals and some travel provided.
