The Peacock streaming series “Poker Face,” starring Natasha Lyonne, needs talent. Plus, a Halloween feature for a major studio, the Amazon series adaptation of “Mr. and Mrs. Smith,” and an indie feature are casting now.

“Poker Face”

The Peacock streaming series “Poker Face,” created by Rian Johnson and starring Natasha Lyonne, is seeking talent, aged 21 and older, to portray casino patrons in background roles. Filming will take place at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut, during the week of July 25. Pay is $165–$187 for eight to 10 hours of work. Talent will receive either a $60 or $100 COVID-19 testing stipend.

“Mr. and Mrs. Smith”

Join the cast of the upcoming Amazon series adaptation of “Mr. and Mrs. Smith,” starring Donald Glover and Maya Erskine. Talent, aged 18 and older, is wanted for background roles in the series. Filming will take place in the New York City area with dates TBD. Pay is $165 for 10 hours of work plus a $100 COVID-19 testing stipend.

Untitled Halloween Project

Casting is underway for a Halloween-themed feature film for a major studio. Talent, aged 9 and older, is wanted for background roles. Filming will take place on Aug. 8–Oct. 20 in Canton, Massachusetts, and its surrounding areas. Pay is $188 per day for union talent with the rate TBD for nonunion talent with testing and fittings paid.

“Unchaseable”

Join “Unchaseable,” an indie feature about a multi-talented, attractive San Francisco woman who must make choices between a historical Asian clan she is loyal to and her lifetime passion and love interest. Talent, aged 13–50, is wanted for various roles. Special skills, such as fight and weapons training, will be required for certain roles. Filming will take place in October and November in the San Francisco Bay area. Pay ranges from $125 for one day of work to $3,150 for 15 days of work.
