Now Casting: “Perdido” Seeks Spanish or ESL-Fluent Female Actor + 2 More Gigs

Head into the weekend with another roundup of exciting casting opportunities! The upcoming feature film “Perdido” is currently on the search for a Latina actor fluent in Spanish or ESL to play a supporting role. There’s also a gig available for models for an urban outerwear clothing company, plus background roles on the LifeTime series “You!”

“Perdido,” the story of a young Latino man struggling to break free from the life of trafficking to which he is indebted, is currently seeking a female actor, aged 18–25, to play Gloria, a supporting role. Talent must be Latina and fluent in Spanish or ESL. The film will shoot in January 2018 over four weeks in Los Angeles and New Mexico. Orobos, an urban/metro outerwear company, is currently seeking models for a website and catalog campaign shoot. Male and female talent, aged 22–35, are wanted. Rehearsal and production will take place in Fort Lee, New Jersey. Pay is $100 per hour. Apply here!

Casting continues for the LifeTime series “You,” about a bookstore worker who goes to whatever means necessary to stalk a beautiful, aspiring writer. Cisgender and transgender talent, aged 18–70, are wanted for a wide variety of background roles, including college students, bartenders, and more. Future shoot dates in NYC are TBD. Pay is $167 for eight hours of work for union actors and $11 an hour (plus overtime) for nonunion actors. Apply here!
