Casting by Eve is seeking actors for “Dante,” a Ric Burns drama documentary about Dante Alighieri and his creation of “Dante’s Inferno.” A male actor, aged 40–50, who can speak and read both Italian and English is wanted for the lead role of Dante. There are also two supporting roles for talent, aged 20–60, including the role of Beatrice, a Florentine beauty depicted in many Renaissance paintings.
