Join the cast of “On a String,” a feature film about a talented violist and Juilliard graduate who finds herself playing unconventional gigs and questioning her love of music. Cranked Up Films is seeking talent for the post-apocalyptic sci-fi horror film “Wormtown,” which follows a trio of women in lockdown after mind-altering parasites take over their small town and are dragged into a fight for survival and revenge. Actors, aged 14–60, are wanted for various roles, including the lead roles of Susanna, Rose, Becky, and Greta. Nudity will be required for at least one of the lead roles. Filming will take place on Sept. 18–Oct. 13 in the Ashland, Ohio, area. Pay is $125–$200 per day with meals and accommodations provided if needed.
