Casting continues for the sixth season of the hit Showtime series “Billions.” Talent, aged 15 and older, is wanted for a variety of featured background roles, including charter school students, college board members, jurors, and more. Filming will take place from July 28–Aug. 18 (each role will work on specific dates) in New York City. Union rates apply for union members. Casting is underway for the short film “Whisper in the Static,” a thriller about a dancer who hears a mysterious noise over the radio and seeks it out resulting in dangerous consequences. Talent, aged 18–75, is wanted for leads and supporting roles. Rehearsals will take place in July, followed by filming over a weekend in late July in Los Angeles. Join the cast of “Stick Shift,” a short film that follows a young woman who, after escaping a dark past, finds an unexpected connection that threatens to upend her plans to start a new life. Two actors, aged 18–30, are wanted to play the lead roles of Reya and the Stranger. Filming will take place in early July or mid-September around L.A.
