“Cool Girl”
Casting is underway for “Cool Girl,” a student short film following Sarah, a diehard party girl who's always down for a fun night out who, in the wake of losing her job, ropes her overachiever sister into one last party. Actors, aged 21–30, are wanted for lead and supporting roles, including the starring role of Sarah. Filming will take place in the Fairfield, Bridgeport, and Trumbull areas in Connecticut with dates TBD. Pay is $100 per day for up to two days of work with travel, accommodations, and meals on set provided.

“Husker,” 1980s Concert Goers
Grant Wilfley Casting is continuing its search for talent for the upcoming Bruce Springsteen biopic starring Jeremy Allen White. New York City and New Jersey-based talent, aged 18–34, is currently wanted to play 1980s concertgoers in background roles. There will be a fitting in Jersey City, followed by filming on Jan. 8 in East Rutherford. Pay is $176 for 10 hours of work.

“Noticing”
Counting Trees Productions is seeking talent for “Noticing,” a feature drama about an estranged father and son who reconnect. Two male actors, aged 15–60, are wanted for the lead roles of Walter and Jack. Filming will take place in Jemison and Birmingham, Alabama. Pay is $6,000 for 15 days of work with travel and meals provided.

“Snowman,” a horror short film to be compiled into a larger horror anthology film for Villainy titled “Xmas Nightmares,” is seeking California-based actors, aged 18–90, for lead and supporting roles. Filming will take place on Jan. 18–20 in Los Angeles. Pay is $243 per day for up to three days of work.
