Casting has begun for a new vertical web series. Los Angeles-based actors, aged 23–70, are wanted for various roles, including the starring role of Emily. Filming will take place between Dec. 2 and 13. Pay is $100–$400 per day for up to 10 days of work.

“To Hum You My Tune”

Dockside Studios is seeking talent for “To Hum You My Tune,” a quiet, character-driven drama following PJ, a bike delivery rider in New York City, as she navigates friendship, love, and self-discovery. Three actors, aged 20–30, are wanted for lead roles, including the role of PJ. Rehearsals and filming will take place in early 2025 in NYC. Pay is $500–$2,000.

“Jekyll and Hyde”

White Atlanta, Georgia-based talent, aged 18–40, is wanted for lead and supporting roles for a short film for the GalateaTV app. Stage combat/fight choreography training is required for most roles. Filming will take place between Nov. 22 and Dec. 4 in Atlanta. Pay is $1,750–$2,450 for up to seven days of work.

“Riptide”

Riptide,” a short film about two lifelong friends secretly in love with each other, is casting its two lead actors, aged 18–28. Talent must be comfortable swimming in open water. Filming will take place in December in L.A. Pay is $250 per day for an estimated five days of work.
