The untitled sisters project, from Warner Bros. Television, revolves around two sisters who live together despite having grown up under different circumstances -- one rich, one poor. Cuoco will portray Gabby, the younger sister to Marisa Coughlan's character.

Cuoco joined the cast of WB Network's "Charmed" this season as a young witch under the tutelage of the charmed ones (Alyssa Milano, Holly Marie Combs and Rose McGowan). Before that, she had a starring role on ABC's comedy series "8 Simple Rules."

Cuoco is repped by Ro Diamond and Steven Jang of SDB Partners, Brillstein-Grey and attorney Craig Jacobson.

"The Weekend," from CBS Paramount Network TV, is about three male friends. Hudson will play Julian, one of the friends. The other two friends are played by Kevin Hart and Chris O'Dowd.

Hudson, who starred in WB's "The Mountain," recently appeared in NBC's miniseries "10.5: Apocalypse." On the film side, his upcoming credits include the features "The Breed," with Michelle Rodriguez and Taryn Manning, and "Black Christmas."

Hudson is repped by ICM, Management 360 and the law firm Ziffren, Brittenham, Branca, Fischer, Gilbert-Lurie, Stiffelman, Cook, Johnson, Lande & Wolf Llp.

"Faceless," from 20th Century Fox TV, centers on a federal prosecutor (Sean Bean) who goes undercover as a criminal. Martinez will play Mari Reynosa.

Martinez has appeared in HBO's "Sex and the City" and CBS' "Guiding Light." She is repped by Danielle Allman-Del at Allman/Rea Management.

"Community Service," from NBC Universal TV Studio and Sony Pictures TV, centers on an arrogant New Yorker (Jay Mohr) who goes to a small town to look for his ex-girlfriend (Brittany Daniel) and ends up doing community service there. Ross plays Helen, a loopy woman who lives in the small town.

Ross next stars in Hallmark Channel's original movie "Where There's a Will." The actress, best known for her role as Marion Cunningham on ABC's "Happy Days," also lists among her TV credits such shows as CBS' "Brooklyn Bridge," WB's "Gilmore Girls," ABC's "The Drew Carey Show" and CBS' "Touched by an Angel."
