Richard Gere On How He Approached 'Arbitrage' (Video)

Richard Gere is earning some of the best reviews of his career for "Arbitage," in which he plays a hedge fund manager who finds his perfect life threatened after the accidental death of his mistress. The film is written and directed by first-time feature filmmaker Nicholas Jarecki, brother of documentary filmmakers Andrew and Eugene Jarecki. Gere sat down to talk to Backstage about how he researched the role of a man in the top 1 percent, and whether he views his character as a bad guy.

"Arbitrage" hits DVD on Dec. 21.
