“Has anyone had issues getting their employment verification processed via SAG-AFTRA? Since July, I have been trying to get the SAG-AFTRA New Media department to give me an answer (or at least an update) on the employment verification I submitted from a new media project I filmed in 2017. According to their website, the employment verification takes two–four weeks to process. So far, no one in New Media has gotten back to me...and it’s been almost three months. According to the call center and the membership center, I’m not even listed in the system, which means New Media hasn’t even looked at my paperwork yet. Does anyone have any suggestions about how to get New Media to process my request? Or has this happened to anyone else?” —Starvingartist42
