Noah Wyle has completed his first shift on “The Pitt.” The hit Max medical drama had its season finale on April 10, wrapping up its premiere 15-episode season, which took place over the course of a grueling 15-hour in a Pittsburgh hospital’s ER, but a second season is currently in the works, expected in premiere on the streaming service in January 2026. If you’re looking for even more drama, we’ve rounded up some similar film and TV projects looking for an extra set of (sterile) hands.
