Pay Scale: All performers employed by Walt Disney World Co. are covered under the terms and conditions of a collective bargaining agreement with Actors' Equity Association. Full-time employees receive a flexible insurance package that fits individual needs and lifestyles. Other benefits include sick days, merchandise discounts, and park admission. Pension benefit is funded with the Equity League Trust Fund and provided to all performers.
Shows: A variety of musical and non-musical opportunities (including improv) are available at the Magic Kingdom, Epcot "95, Disney-MGM Studios, and Pleasure Island. Performances at the parks themselves include stunt shows and mainstage musicals, among others.
