These projects are casting for talent in the UK right now, so polish up your acting CV and audition skills and get busy. 

TV Product Launch  

A TV product launch, focusing on a group of friends watching a live sporting event together, is casting: a male actor of white/European descent, aged 25–45, who has red hair and a beard; a female actor of ethnically ambiguous, multiracial, Latino or Hispanic descent, aged 25-45; a male actor of white/European descent, aged 25–45, who is clean shaven with short dark hair. ‘Sticky Situation’  

A short comic ad for a bike brand, due to run on social media, is casting: a male actor, aged 35–45, who is a confident bike rider; a female actor of non-white descent, aged 25–35, to play a “cool kid” with a “slightly retro 90s/00s vibe”; a male actor of white/European descent, who is aged 40–60 and has “a slightly larger body type”, to play someone with an umbrella who is comfortable getting splashed; a female actor of ethnically ambiguous, multiracial or white/European descent, aged 40–50, to play a business woman on a phone. ‘Light’s Out: Who’s Out’ Vertical Thriller Series  

A “high-tension vertical suspense series” centred around a "high stakes", ruthlessly masterminded game is casting multiple actors of all genders, who are of white/European descent and aged 20–50. Talent will work in Beijing, China over to-be-announced dates. Pay is US$600–US$800 per day for up to six days of work. Apply here 

Period Drama, Liverpool  

A period drama is casting: male actors who are aged 18+, 5'8-6'1 tall, with a chest size up to 45in and a waist size up to 40in; female actors who are aged 18+,  5'3-5'7 tall, and happy to have their hair cut between chin and shoulder length. Talent will work in Liverpool over to-be-announced dates in April. Pay is £150–£300 for an estimated 12 hours of work. Apply here 

Shoe Retailer Ad, Voice Over  

An advert for a shoe retailer is casting a female voiceover artist, aged 18+, whose voice is “flowy”, “feminine”, “warm” and “not too heavy on accent”. Talent will record remotely on a to-be-announced date the week commencing 25 May. Pay is £550 for an estimated three hours of work. Apply here 

LNER Lifestyle Photo Shoot  

A lifestyle shoot for the train company LNER is casting: a family, with parents aged 30–45, and an “expressive, confident” child aged 6–10; actors of any gender, aged 30–50, to play a diverse group of ‘city explorers’. Talent will work in Leeds on 14–15 April. Pay is £3,000 for the family and £1,200 for the individual actors for an estimated 10 hours of work. Apply here 

 

Eye Drop TV Commercial  

An infomercial for an eyedrop product is casting a female talent, aged 45–60, who will be captured cooking, reading a book or browsing on an iPad. Talent, will not be required to speak, will work in London on 19 March, 8 April or 9 April. Pay is £700 for an estimated six hours of work. Apply here
