Hello and welcome to one of our shoutouts for projects casting around the U.K. As always there’s a mix of opportunities for all ages, abilities, and locations but do remember to check if you fit the bill before applying. Although we make every attempt to verify castings before we hit publish, please ensure that you do your own research before firing off those headshots and Backstage links.

“Henry V”

Librarian Theatre Company creates innovative plays for libraries around the U.K., supporting the venues and entertaining the communities that use them. They’ve developed a condensed version of Shakespeare’s “Henry V” for libraries, after having toured versions of “Hamlet,” “A Christmas Carol,” and “Alice in Wonderland.”

The team is casting for an actor-musician to support “Henry V,” rehearsing and touring in and around Bristol. If you’ve got skills in percussion and bass and are 18 or older, you could be the perfect fit.

They begin making the show in June, with performances running until July 20. Pay is professional.

To apply, head over to the casting notice here before the April 25 deadline.
