UK Casting: An LGBT Feature Film is Casting Now

Low-budget LGBT feature film 143 follows the victim of an attack whose family take advantage of memory loss to manipulate her into becoming someone else. The film rehearses and shoots from March 2019 and is casting for multiple roles. Here’s a breakdown:

Paul is for a white male actor with a playing age of 29–38. He’s a charming and charismatic artist with a southern English accent.

Eddie is for a white male actor with a playing age of 55–70. He’s a commanding man who is strict, religious and holds bigoted opinions.

Elsie is for a white female actor with a playing age of 42–55. Mousey, timid and weak-minded, she nonetheless has an inner strength that comes through by the end of the film.

Isabel is for a white female actor with a playing age of 28–45. A police officer, she is investigating the attack on a lead character.

Rehearsing and shooting from March 2019, the production pays £8.21 per hour plus travel up to £10 per day.
