“Bliss”
Ahead of the holiday, Owen Wilson and Salma Hayek are getting some filming in for their upcoming sci-fi feature “Bliss.” The Amazon Studios film, directed and written by Mike Cahill, will follow a recently divorced man who falls for an enchanting women’s theory that they’re living “in a harsh, alternative world simulation inside of a beautiful, blissful reality.” According to On Location Vacations, the production will be based in South Park at the Reserve Lofts, 409 W. Olympic Blvd., until the late hours. This is a follow-up to filming last week, where Wilson and Hayek were spotted on set. The project will also film in Croatia this summer after wrapping up with filming on the West Coast. Chelsea Ellis Bloch and Marisol Roncali of Betty Mae, Inc., are the casting directors.
