"Résumés need to be helpful and informative,” insists casting director and Backstage Expert Benton Whitley of Stewart/Whitley Casting. In our latest Set the Scene Youtube video, Whitley shares how crucial it is to clean up your résumé. Only list work that's relevant to you as a performer, for instance. Furthermore, if you are new, “green” talent, don't be afraid to leave white space on the page—no one expects your résumé to be full of credits at the start of your career! Remember: Sometimes less is more.
