Paramount Pictures might’ve just sounded a death knell of sorts. The Los Angeles Times recently reported that the movie studio has made a decision to go 100 percent digital, with “The Wolf of Wall Street” being the first of many major films to be taken off the physical format and released on a totally digital platform under Paramount. (If you were wondering, “Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues” was its final release on 35mm film.)
To commemorate the end of an era at Paramount Pictures, here’s a list of some great films released on, well, film.
