Today in Atlanta casting notices, actors are sought for “Life of the Party,” an upcoming feature from hit movie writers (and real-life married couple) Ben Falcone and Melissa McCarthy.

The flick, which stars McCarthy along with her “Bridesmaids” pal Maya Rudolph, seeks a background female actor, aged 18–24, to portray a “snob.” Shooting is slated for several days at the end of August and September in Atlanta, Georgia.
Details of the film’s plot are being kept heavily under wraps. However, producers have divulged that it is similar “in tone to the late Rodney Dangerfield’s ‘Back to School.’ ”
