Before heading off into the long weekend, don’t miss these five gigs, including a week-long promotional opportunity that will pay upwards of $2,000; an M. Night Shyamalan movie; and more.

JACK DANIEL’S GENERAL STORE
Two performers who are able to “embody the southern charm, hospitality, and character of Jack’s hometown,” are sought for a week-long promotional gig for Jack Daniel's General Store. Talent will be needed in Austin, Texas from Oct. 8–Oct. 14. They will be paid a flat rate of $2,100 as well as a $450 per diem. Travel and accommodation will be provided.

“MAMA’S BOY”
“Mama’s Boy,” a short horror film, is casting a male and female actor for two supporting roles, as well as one male actor for a leading role. The project is slated to shoot Jan. 13–Jan. 15, 2018 in Pennsylvania and will compensate on a SAG-AFTRA Ultra Low Budget equivalent scale.

UNTITLED CHRISTIAN FILM
A still-untitled Christian film about college students seeks talent for several principal roles. The piece will shoot Sept. 18–Dec. 20 in Long Island, New York. Pay is to be determined, and will be negotiable on an individual basis. Housing will be provided for out-of-state talent.

“DRUNK GIRLS IN THE BATHROOM”
Actors are needed for lead, supporting, and day player roles in “Drunk Girls in the Bathroom,” a half hour comedy following “three mid-twenties women living in Austin who stumble upon adulthood.” Production is set for this fall in Austin; pay will be negotiated based on experience.

“GLASS”
Background actors are needed for “Glass,” M. Night Shyamalan’s upcoming feature starring Samuel L. Jackson and Bruce Willis. Male and female talent ages 8–65 are sought for production October–November in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Some pay will be provided.
