Now Casting: Netflix’s ‘The Week Of’ + 3 More Gigs

In today’s casting roundup, “The Week Of,” an upcoming Netflix feature film under Adam Sandler’s Happy Madison Productions banner, is seeking background actors. There are also opportunities in the Warner Bros. “Godzilla: King of the Monsters” project, a relationship reality project, and a major beer brand photo shoot! 

NETFLIX’S “THE WEEK OF” 
Join the cast of Netflix’s “The Week Of,” an upcoming wedding comedy produced by Adam Sandler. The production is seeking male and female talent aged 8–88 to portray funeral attendees in background roles. Filming is Aug. 15 in Glen Cove, Long Island, NY. Pay is $121 per 10 hours of work, plus overtime. Apply here! 

“GODZILLA: KING OF THE MONSTERS” 
Warner Bros.’s “Godzilla: King of the Monsters,” the sequel to 2014’s “Godzilla,” is currently casting actors for background roles. Male and female talent aged 18–50 are sought to portray Marine security. Male talent must be clean shaven with a military-style haircut. The production shoots Aug. 14–15 in Atlanta, GA. Pay is $64 for eight hours. Apply here! 

SINGLE FRIEND PROJECT 
A new reality series is seeking single people 25 years of age and older who are willing to try dating their good friend/best friend for 30 days. Talent will go on dates and do different exercises to see if they are meant to be together as a couple or should remain friends. The production will shoot on dates TBD where the talent lives. MAJOR BEER BRAND PHOTO SHOOT
A major beer brand is currently seeking talent for an online social ad. Male and female talent aged 21 and older are needed for the shoot. Prior modeling experience is a plus. Actors should have improv skills and be able to take direction well. The production shoots Aug. 14–15 in NYC. Pay is $250 per day (plus overtime), with catered meals provided. Apply here!
