21st Century Fox has reached a $90 million settlement over sexual-harassment claims.
The company agreed to pay its shareholders $90 million to settle “derivative” claims against its executives and directors at Fox News, including the estate of Roger Ailes, acting CEO Rupert Murdoch, and his sons, and executives Lachlan and James Murdoch. (Reuters)

At Vulture Fest L.A., the actor spoke candidly about how she has been reexamining her time in Hollywood in light of the deluge of allegations that have emerged in the last few months, saying “I went from thinking I don’t have a story to thinking, Oh wait, I have 100 stories. And I think a lot of people are having these reckonings with themselves, of things that we just took for granted as like, this is part of the process.” (Vulture)

The ‘Transparent’ cast is in flux after Jeffrey Tambor leaves the show amid allegations of sexual misconduct.
Earlier this month, Tambor’s former assistant wrote a Facebook post alleging the actor had sexually harassed and groped her, leading Amazon officials to open an investigation. Days later, Trace Lysette, a show semi-regular, also alleged Tambor had acted inappropriately toward her. (New York Times)
