It’s a star-studded reprisal of roles in cult favorite “Wet Hot American Summer” for Amy Poehler, Bradley Cooper, Paul Rudd, Elizabeth Banks, Christopher Meloni, Molly Shannon, David Hyde Pierce, and so many others for the eight-episode Netflix show “Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp.”
And in case that cast list wasn’t enough, the prequel series will also include appearances from Kristen Wiig, “Mad Men” actors John Slattery and Jon Hamm, “Weird Al” Yankovic, Jason Schwartzman, Jordan Peele, Chris Pine, Lake Bell, and Michael Cera.
