Having trained as an actor at RADA, Carl worked in theatre, film, and TV for a number of years. Acting credits include ‘Timon of Athens’ for the Royal Shakespeare Company at The Young Vic Theatre, directed by Trevor Nunn and ‘Glengarry Glen Ross’ at The Donmar Warehouse, directed by Sam Mendes. He has produced one feature film – "Mad Dogs," produced and/or directed award winning short films and theatre, including "Good Golly Miss Molly" the West End rock ‘n’ roll musical. Carl has become one of the UK’s busiest casting directors, working mainly in film and TV, casting over 30 films.
