A UCLA graduate Scott moved into TV production working on the Universal Studios lot for a company before being recruited by an agent and later worked at ICM, having been promoted to the position of Agent Trainee while working in the TV Lit Department. After six months, he crossed over to the Feature Literary department, working with Endeavor founder Tom Strickler.
Peter formed Vintage Entertainment, a management company specializing in writers. After establishing a solid client list of writers, Peter began focusing on building a talent division in 2005, changing the company name to better reflect actors and directors.
