Launched in 2006 by multi award-winning writer Tony Jordan. Run with a passion for captivating storytelling from intriguing adaptations to pioneering originals, Red Planet has gained global reach and a reputation for producing compelling and much-loved dramas, working with established and emerging talent. A diverse slate includes some of the UK’s most successful, original, and recognised shows for major broadcasters, spanning a range of genres. In June 2021, multinational content creator and producer Asacha Media Group (AMG), acquired a controlling stake in Red Planet Pictures in a deal that will further the ambitions of both companies in producing high end, popular drama that resonates on a global stage.
