Submission Policy:

Script Submissions:
Curious Theatre Company is proudly committed to being Colorado’s premier home for provocative, contemporary plays. They accept full-length scripts, year-round, from literary agents, as well as from theatre professionals with whom they have an existing relationship.
As part of Curious Theatre Company’s commitment to local artists, they will also accept a 10-page script sample from Colorado-based playwrights, which must include a resume, a play synopsis, and a statement explaining why your play might be a good fit for Curious Theatre Company. They have a special interest in plays written by and for diverse voices & plays written by women playwrights.
They strongly encourage familiarizing yourself with the kind of work we do by reading the mission and production history before submitting. They do not accept unsolicited scripts. Electronic submissions are preferred. Send your materials to: literary@curioustheatre.org. If you are unable to send your materials, you may send physical materials to Curious Theatre Company. Due to limited staff resources, they are unable to accept scripts that do not match the criteria above. Due to the number of submissions they receive, they will only respond if they are interested in a particular play or playwright.
