A 501c3 non-profit organization and was founded in 1966. For over 50 years MBT has delivered Broadway quality theatre to audiences from the campus of Oakland University. The mission is to provide a season of innovative, Broadway quality theatre productions that make audiences smile, laugh and cry, enriching the cultural experience of the community in southeast Michigan.
