The New London Barn Playhouse operates under an AEA SPT Tier 3 contract and hires for a six-show summer season. Equity guest artists are hired for each production. The Acting Intern Company is cast each season and consists of 14-16 non-union artists. Rehearsals begin in early June and the season concludes by mid-September.
