Over at the Donmar Warehouse, they’re running another of their acclaimed practical workshops. On May 16, they’re concentrating on their current production, ‘Way of the World’, promising ‘a range of practical, participatory exercises, games and discussions’ where practitioners will lead you through rehearsal room techniques. If you can, try to catch a screening of the brilliant new film, ‘Nothing Like a Dame’. Four top-flight theatrical dames—Judi Dench, Maggie Smith, Joan Plowright, Eileen Atkins—get together to reminisce and gossip.
