ITV documentary casting for Elvis lookalikes
A documentary team in London are casting for Elvis Presley lookalikes and a host of other roles ahead of filming in July. The project will look at the death of Elvis with the input of medical professionals. Roles include Young Elvis aged 18–35 and Older Elvis aged 35–42; Colonel Tom Parker, aged 45–65; Young Gladys Presley, 24–27; and Gladys Presley, 40–45. All roles will need to meet the specific lookalike requirements and are paid between £250–£400 per day. Online ad casting in London
Partnership and brand company B-Engaged are casting for two male performers to star in a football game commercial for social media. Casting researcher Ashleigh Shuttleworth is seeking males, real age 18+ but playing ages 16–18, any ethnicity. You’ll be reacting to a video game, no dialogue needed. The commercial shoots in London and is scheduled for 30 June. Short film casting male lead, immediate start
Artist-led company Empathy & Risk are casting for a filmed piece to be presented at the Ubumuntu International Festival of Theatre later this year. The team are seeking a male actor for the role of PK, playing ages 25–44, any ethnicity. The short film explores a meeting between two strangers as one is obsessively seeking an end to his isolation. The project shoots TBD in London and the team are ideally seeking someone with immediate availability. Short film Selina follows women pushed by circumstances to start a lucrative career as fighters in underground fight clubs. The team are casting for the lead role of Selina, female, playing age 18–43, and any ethnicity. You’ll need to have some stage combat experience, though the fight scenes can be adapted to your skill. Becca, described as a “gym bunny,” is female, playing age 18–41, and any ethnicity. Emma is female, playing age 18-42, any ethnicity. She’s Selina’s friend.
