Hello and welcome to one of our shoutouts for projects casting around the U.K. As always there’s a mix of opportunities for all ages, abilities, and locations but do remember to check if you fit the bill before applying. Although we make every attempt to verify castings before we hit publish, please ensure that you do your own research before firing off those headshots and Backstage links.

Acclaimed filmmaker Tomisin Adepeju (“The Good Son”) has had his award-winning work screened at over 120 international film festivals. He’s casting a new short film called “Appreciation” and is looking for men and women of black ethnicity to feature as church and choir members.

The project shoots on Aug. 31 in Catford, South London. Performers will need to be available for a midday call time. Please note that this is an unpaid project.
