“Toff Guys”
Days after the announcement Michelle Dockery would be replacing Kate Beckinsale in Guy Ritchie’s Miramax crime drama “Toff Guys,” the actor has joined the rest of film’s cast filming in London. The Daily Mail captured Dockery and co-star Matthew McConaughey in costume on set as the two shot scenes on the Southbank. Also recently announced to join the cast is Colin Farrell. Ritchie is directing from a script he co-wrote with Marn Davies (“Sherlock Holmes”) and Ivan Atkinson, and the film will follow “a very British drug lord [who] tries to sell off his highly profitable empire to a dynasty of Oklahoma billionaires,” which marks a return to Ritchie’s similar crime dramas earlier in his career. “Toff Guys” just began filming in the past two weeks and is expected to continue production for the next few months. “Sherlock Holmes” and regular UK casting director Reg Poerscout-Edgerton is likely to be casting the flick.
