Hey, London! Stay in the loop and be sure to check back every week for projects currently in production in the place you call home. Here’s the 411 on what’s filming big and small in the city.
Wonder Woman 1984
In these times (and always), best to trust a woman to save the day. Wonder Woman 1984 star Gal Gadot was spotted in Central London this past weekend filming for the forthcoming blockbuster.
Filming began in Washington, D.C. and moved to London at the beginning of the month, shooting in Torrington Square, as well as the Warner Bros. Studios in Hertfordshire. Fans were recently disappointed over the news the release date for the sequel had been pushed back from 1 November 2019 to 5 June 2020. What that does mean, however, is you can expect to see a lot more filming in the area in the months to come, as well as several other planned locations, including Spain’s Canary Islands. Patty Jenkins is back helming the film, as well as casting directors Kristy Carlson and Lucinda Syson (with Pat Moran joining them).
