Now Casting: ‘The Crown’ Is Looking For Its Young Prince William + 3 More Gigs

Today’s top gigs are fit for a king—or, at the very least, a prince. The hit Netflix series “The Crown” is seeking submissions for a young actor to play Prince William in the upcoming season. Plus, a comedy touring show starring models, a Macy’s holiday season commercial, and a series of ULTA Beauty videos are casting now. 

“The Crown” - Young Prince William

Robert Sterne and the hit Netflix series “The Crown” are casting a young white male actor, age 13–15, to play 13-year-old Prince William in its upcoming season. The deadline for submissions is Oct. 29. Filming will begin in late November 2021 in the U.K. Pay is TBD (undisclosed by the production).

“Supermodels of Comedy”

Darya Casting is seeking female fashion models with international experience in the modeling industry and comedy skills (improv, stand-up, etc.), aged 18–45, for “Supermodels of Comedy,” a comedy touring show. Talent will begin work in the new year in Los Angeles or Las Vegas. Pay is $1000 subject to change.

“Macy’s Holiday,” Commercial

Talent, aged 25–74, is wanted for a pair of scenes in an upcoming Macy’s holiday online commercial. These will be non-speaking roles. Filming will take place in Los Angeles, dates TBD. Pay is $250 per day with meals included.

ULTA Beauty at Target “Loyalty & Rewards” Videos

Talent, aged 21–40, is wanted to portray ULTA Beauty associates and guests in a series of videos for its Loyalty/Rewards programs. Filming will take place on Nov. 10 just outside of Chicago in Batavia, Illinois. Pay is $500.
